The Process
DAY #1:
Surface preparation/Base Coat

Our coating system is only as good as the preparation done on the floor prior to installation.

All contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, paint, glue, tape, etc. are removed. We then grind the concrete with an industrial Diamond blade grinder, the surface then becomes rough, or "etched" which removes all contaminates and helps the coatings adhere.

Once the concrete is ground, we repair any hair-line cracks or chips that may affect the performance and looks of your new floor. All cracks are filled with a high-density mortar crack filler compound. Once grooming is complete we clean the floor again with a power blower to get all dust residue off the floor.

Finally we apply a High Performance 100% solids Primer, to fully seal your floor. Once that is fully dry we then apply a 100% solids Clear base coat, which is squeegee applied and back rolled.

Did we mention the application is odorless?

DAY #2:
Final Coat/Chip broadcasting

We now apply the 100% solids industry standard self-leveling color coat of your choice. This is also applied with a squeegee and back rolled to assure proper thickness.

We then broadcast the decorative colored chip of your choice according to the coverage you have specified. Finally a non-slip aggregate is applied to the entire floor.
